Forskolin For weight loss, Forskolin (coleus forskohli) has been used for thousands of years in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Forskolin has been shown to be effective in boosting thyroid hormone and may help elevate testosterone levels.

It also has somewhat of a calming, relaxing effect, which helps balance out the stimulating effects of caffeine and other thermogenic agents (which can raise your blood pressure).
